OUR HOLIDAY LETS
Our static Holiday Homes range from Bronze to Gold Plus specifications are managed and maintained by ourselves, to ensure the static holiday homes are at the highest standard while maintaining competitive pricing, we also use an approved cleaning contractor to carry out all cleans to maintain our high standards.

We also act as a booking agent for some other private owners who wish to have their private bookings managed on their behalf, so they can relax more and not have the stress of renting out directly themselves. We use the same cleaning service to ensure that they are cleaned to a high standard. The private static homes we act as booking agents for are maintained by the owners in line with our standards which are checked on a regular basis.
All the static holiday homes are based in Aberystwyth & Clarach Bay including Borth which are all local to each other in a lovely part of Mid Wales.

Mobility scooters can also be rented out when you are away but you must book ahead of time because we have a limited number available. We are booking agents for 5 and 7 who are owed by us directly, we inspect the static caravans to make sure they are kept to a high standard and also well maintained, to ensure an enjoyable relaxing holiday.

We offer discounts for NHS, Emergency Services and Carers (based on homes or carer at home) as we have done since past 3 years which we will continue to do so for forthcoming future.

This holiday park is a family-owned and operated holiday park. It is ideal for relaxing but still has some facilities: indoor pool, lounge bar, main entertainment room and is only 10 mins walk from the main town seafront and bus and train stations. This is family run and operated holiday park which is part of the Vale Holidays group, this holiday park is ideal for relaxing and has all the facilities main club room, lounge bar, onsite fish and chip shop, pizza cafe, coffee shop, and a small fun fair for younger children also new for this year 2022 fully equipped Gym. A Range of Activities
The holiday parks we operate on offer a range of activities to suit all ages and interests. From relaxing walks and hikes to water sports and cycling, there is something for everyone. Our parks also provide easy access to the beautiful beaches of Aberystwyth, where you can enjoy a day in the sun or take a dip in the sea.

The area of Mid Wales is known for its Red Kites bird of pray which can be seen often in the area as there is a red kite center locally within a short drive.
Brilliant holiday as per usual. 2nd holiday at Borth did Aberyswth at Easter booked Clarach Bay for October and next year. All caravans really are home from home. Amy and Matt are amazing.
