Our static Holiday Homes, ranging from Bronze to Gold Plus specifications, are carefully overseen and upheld by our dedicated team to ensure exceptional quality. To maintain affordability without sacrificing standards, we partner with an accredited cleaning contractor for comprehensive cleaning services.

We serve as a booking agent for private owners seeking assistance in managing their bookings, allowing them to unwind without the hassle of direct rentals. Our consistent cleaning service maintains high standards across all properties. The private static homes we represent in Aberystwyth, Clarach Bay, and Borth adhere to our quality guidelines, regularly monitored for compliance. These holiday homes are conveniently located in the picturesque Mid Wales region.

We provide discounts to NHS, Emergency Services, and Carers (based at home or caring for others at home), a benefit we have been offering for the past 3 years and will continue into the foreseeable future.

We work closely with private owners, acting as booking agents, to ensure that your bookings and payments are completely safe and secure. All private owners undergo thorough checks before we accept them, and we charge a commission-based service fee for each rental booked through us. Additionally, we handle all advertising and payment transactions through secure methods. Our services are currently limited to the Mid Wales area, but we may expand our rental area in the future.

This holiday park is a family-owned and operated holiday park. It is ideal for relaxing but still has some facilities: indoor pool, lounge bar, main entertainment room and is only 10 mins walk from the main town seafront and bus and train stations. This is family run and operated holiday park which is part of the Vale Holidays group, this holiday park is ideal for relaxing and has all the facilities main club room, lounge bar, onsite fish and chip shop, pizza cafe, coffee shop, and a small fun fair for younger children also new for this year 2022 fully equipped Gym. Our parks also provide easy access to the beautiful beaches of Aberystwyth, where you can enjoy a day in the sun or take a dip in the sea.

The area of Mid Wales is known for its Red Kites bird of pray which can be seen often in the area as there is a red kite center locally within a short drive.
Brilliant holiday as per usual. 2nd holiday at Borth did Aberyswth at Easter booked Clarach Bay for October and next year. All caravans really are home from home. Amy and Matt are amazing.
