Please find below the terms and conditions for renting static caravans for holidays:

Booking and Payment:

A deposit of amount stated at time of booking is required to secure your booking.

The full balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the start of your holiday, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made after the full balance has been paid will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Occupancy and Use:

The maximum occupancy for each caravan is limited to a certain number of people.

Caravans are for holiday use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Damages and Cleanliness:

Guests are responsible for leaving the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

Any damages caused during the stay must be reported and may incur additional charges.

Pets and Smoking:

Some caravans may be designated as pet-friendly, while others may have a strict no-pets policy.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravans.

Liability:

The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay.

Right of Entry:

The management reserves the right to enter the caravan at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection or maintenance.
