Please find below the terms and conditions for renting static caravans for holidays:

  1. Booking and Payment:

    • A deposit of amount stated at time of booking is required to secure your booking.

    • The full balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

    • ​

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the start of your holiday, the deposit is non-refundable.

    • Cancellations made after the full balance has been paid will be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • ​

  3. Occupancy and Use:

    • The maximum occupancy for each caravan is limited to a certain number of people.

    • Caravans are for holiday use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

    • ​

  4. Damages and Cleanliness:

    • Guests are responsible for leaving the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

    • Any damages caused during the stay must be reported and may incur additional charges.

    • ​

  5. Pets and Smoking:

    • Some caravans may be designated as pet-friendly, while others may have a strict no-pets policy.

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravans.

    • ​

  6. Liability:

    • The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay.

    • ​

  7. Right of Entry:

    • The management reserves the right to enter the caravan at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection or maintenance.

  8. The main terms and conditions are sent out with the booking confirmation as this its only the basic overview
